Quiet Hours : 14:00-17:30 & 22:00-09:00 In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). Cleaning services during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Neighborhood

Easy going neigbourhood, with many small hotels and apartments around. Police station, Super market and cafeterias are in 50 meters distance. Saint George beach is exremely close! Just wear your swimsuit and walk 5 mins to the beach! No need to use transport to the Town center or the Old Town Castle. Every night you can walk 5 mins to the center where most cafeterias, bars, restaurants and shops are ! If you have a car, you can park free on the streets around the apt. Otherwise, use the free public parking area, or rent a private parking space. Both are 80 meters from the apt.

Stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the convenience of nearby supermarkets, the beach, restaurants, and lovely walking paths—all within easy reach! Parking is simple and flexible, with free options available on public streets or nearby public spaces. If you prefer a private parking spot, one is available just 80 meters away for an additional fee, payable directly to the parking provider.

Very close to the beach and main town, everything is walkable. The host was easy to communicate with and provided recommendations as well as quick responses throughout our stay. It was clean and in great condition. Quiet part of town, while close to great restaurants. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

This three-bedroom, one-bath apartment was perfect for our family of four adults. Spacious, comfortable, and beautifully set up, it was a great place to relax after long days of scootering around Naxos. We explored mountain villages one day and beaches the next—highly recommend doing that! The weather was chilly, so we didn’t use the outdoor porch, but it would be amazing in warmer weather. The host was very kind and helpful, offering great local tips and leaving us delicious Greek treats on arrival. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the appliances were modern. We cooked a couple of meals and felt right at home. The bathroom was updated and clean, and the beds comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully appointed and high quality. One sweet detail: if you leave out a little cat food, some friendly kitties might stop by for a visit on the porch. A wonderful stay—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Very nice apartment with interesting decorations but also very practical, comfy living room, very quiet at night. Short walk to a very family friendly beach. Michaeli was very accommodating and patient with the noise of our two small children.

We stayed at Michail’s place for five weeks over Christmas. It is an exceptionally comfortable and convenient apartment right in the centre of Chora which boasts three balconies - one of them large. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning doubles as heating (we needed it!) and works very well. All public amenities are close at hand including rubbish bins and water refill points. We were adopted by a couple of cats - one we called Ash and the other Tiny Tim. The beaches are empty at this time of year although it is often warm, so we swam daily at Agios Georgios and visited Agios Prokopios, Mikri Vigla and Plaka. For journeying further afield we avoided petrol vehicles and hired e-bikes from the excellent Naxos Bikes - thoroughly recommended. We bought bread at the spectacular Beneth, meat at Vaggelis and did general shopping at either the small and friendly store Koutelieris or the larger Spar on Andrea Papandreou. A delightful and memorable stay.

We spent one month living in Michael’s apartment in Naxos. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was a short walk from the apartment to great restaurants and several beaches. Michael was very responsive. Overall we had a great stay on Naxos.

We had a great time in Naxos. Michails apartment was perfect for our group of 6. It was very clean, easy to find and close to the town centre. Michail was a fantastic host and always available to help. Michail gave us great recommendations and we were able to leave our bags with him for a few hours after checkout. A welcoming and spacious apartment in a quiet residential area. Fabulous location within just a few minutes to either the beach or old town as well as casts or and port area. Naxos town was a real surprise after being in more sleepy islands but we loved it. Boat trips readily available and the bus stop to Agios Anna and Agios Propokios was just 5 mins walk away too. The apartment was very comfortable and the host super helpful. 100% recommend as a great choice for Naxos Town and Island. Thank you Michael.

Our stay at Best Friends & Family apartment in Naxos was amazing. Michail sent us very clear instructions and a google pin to locate the apartment so was easy to find and check in. The apartment itself was centrally located, great layout, spotlessly clean and an easy walk from the port with loads of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Our family of 5 gave this accommodations 5 stars and would recommend to anyone visiting Naxos. Michail was an exceptional host who answered our question within a matter of minutes and the lovely touches like local cookies, honey, water and juices provided upon arrival were very thoughtful. Beautiful, clean, modern comfortable apartment very well located. Michael’s place is on a quiet street only a few minutes away from great restaurants, mini markets and the beach. We had an amazing time and very much appreciated Michail’s help with securing a car rental. Highly recommend!

Find us

Mainly, because everything is very close to the apt, you can walk to any destination you want in Naxos Chora Town, Old Castle Town and Saint George beach. If you want to visit more beaches on the island, you can walk 200 meters to the bus station for Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna, and Plaka beaches. If you want to visit the villages on the Island, you will have to take the bus for the villages (bus stop about 300 meters) or use a rental car or bike. You can also discover many beautiful routes with your bicycle, or with a rental conventional or electric bicycle! The apt is 2,6 km from the airport and 1,3 km from the port.
