Parking is always hard to find during the summer months, however, having the convenience of parking on premise makes it easier to rent a car while on the island and allows you the freedom to explore on your own leisure.

Five stars is not enough! Villa Mila was a perfect, peaceful retreat for a family of four. A 30 second walk to the beach, but also on a short private street so there was no traffic in front of the villa. A private parking spot in front of the villa made it easy to have a rental car for the week without worrying about parking. Easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Michail was responsive and helpful with recommendations to arrange a rental car and transportation to/from the ferry. Highly recommend and we hope to go back again soon!

superbe maison cycladique avec une terrasse idyllique ( jacusi, hamacs....) à 2 mns de la plage. literie tres comfortable, et cuisine extrêmement bien équipée. hôte très arrangeant et soucieux de nous donner des conseils et du déroulement de nôtre séjour. Nous avons adoré y séjourner et espérons pouvoir un jour y revenir. franchement si vous hésitez, allez y les yeux fermés

Stayed w wife, cousin and 3 kids under 3. We loved it! Felt like best location on the island. We rented a car and some four wheelers to get around. Kids loved the hot tub!

We can't say enough positive things about Villa Mila, Agios Prokopios beach and Naxos in general. We just returned from two weeks in Greece, including six days at Villa Mila. Naxos was our second stop after Santorini, and we didn't think that anything could top Santorini. We were wrong. Naxos has a special combination of beauty, a relaxed vibe, great restaurants, and one of the most incredible beaches in Greece and maybe even the world. It was the perfect place for our family of five to spend a relaxing six days together. The house itself is beautiful, and the rooftop patio with the hot tub is an added bonus. Michail, the host, was so helpful and friendly and arranged rides for us and met us at our arrival. Be sure to rent a car and visit a couple of sites in the mountains (we had lunch at Rotonda and visited the town of Apeiranthos) and also spend a part of a day exploring Naxos Chora. I highly recommend Villa Mila and we are already talking about returning to Naxos.

This is one of the best AirBNBs we have ever stayed at. It is in a perfect location, walkable to many restaurants and the beach. Although it was close to everything, it was still private and quiet. The A/C was super cold after a long day in the sun. There was plenty of room for four of us and comfortable beds. Michael was a perfect host and he helped arrange our rental car and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. The beach in this area was excellent with calm waters and little wind. There is private parking for one small car. Get the smallest car you can, since the roads in Naxos are very narrow! If you are going to Naxos, I highly recommend this home!

Villa Mila was perfect for our family of 5, with Plenty of room to spread across 3 floors of living space. The location was so close to Agios Prokopios and all the restaurants/beach clubs it offers, yet tucked down a quiet drive so super quiet. We rented a car to visit the hill towns and Naxos Town, but loved the ability to walk to Agia Anna for dinners, to charter a boat to Paros, or to mix up the beach hang. Sunsets for days, helpful and friendly host, we will hopefully be back one day!

This house is in a great location. Right next to the beach, great restaurants and anything you need (beach gear, groceries). The recommendations in the host book for places to visit and eat were excellent. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable, fun and relaxing vacation.

We definitely have the 'Naxos Vibe' after our stay at this wonderful place. The place was comfortable and clean and as-advertised. Michail was there to meet us, and communicated all through the stay. Beds comfortable, and kitchen very nice. The espresso machine was a great surprise! Also had some water, honey, and goodies there for us to enjoy. The upstairs area was very nice. Hammock chairs and a hot tub, along with a nice table for eating and cards. We used the washing machine, and it was very nice to have. Air conditioning was great, and much needed in the Naxos sun. Just steps from the beach sure was nice. Spent most days at the beach. Walking distance to so many great restaurants also. Agios Prokopios is a great place! We rented a car, and having a private parking spot at the place was a great bonus. Parking is at a premium in Naxos! Best of all, Michail really helped us out when we had flight connection issues and he kept our luggage while we worked it out. Much appreciated!

Find us

The house is exactly in the center of Agios prokopios so you can walk anywhere around the area. If you need to go around the island, right next to the house is the public bus stop and the taxi rank. If you have a car you will use the private parking space on premise.
