This spacious and comfortable air-conditioned one-bedroom studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features a kitchen with a fridge, oven, and washing machine, as well as a dining table, sofa, and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix for your entertainment. The studio is accessed through the main entrance of the building, with a few steps leading down to the private entrance. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the studio offers a double bed that can be split into two single beds, and a sofa that can transform into a double or two single beds. Outside, you'll find a small backyard with a coffee table, washing machine, and space to do laundry. For families with young children, we offer a baby playpen and high chair upon request, at no extra cost. The studio also includes fast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or staying connected with loved ones during your stay.

Quiet Hours In Greece: 14:30-17:30 & 22:00-08:00 In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Neighborhood

Easy going neigbourhood, with many small hotels and apartments around. Police station, Super market and cafeterias are in 50 meters distance. Saint George beach is exremely close! Just wear your swimsuit and walk 5 mins to the beach! No need to use transport to the Town center or the Old Town Castle. Every night you can walk 5 mins to the center where most cafeterias, bars, restaurants and shops are ! If you have a car, you can park free on the streets around the apt. Otherwise, use the free public parking area, or rent a private parking space. Both are 80 meters from the apt.

Stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the convenience of nearby supermarkets, the beach, restaurants, and lovely walking paths—all within easy reach! Parking is simple and flexible, with free options available on public streets or nearby public spaces. If you prefer a private parking spot, one is available just 80 meters away for an additional fee, payable directly to the parking provider.

Michail's place was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. The studio was perfectly equipped with everything needed and he also left us 4x 1.5l water bottles, 2 juice cartons as well as coffee, some. biscuits and honey. Small gesture for some, but when youbare somewhere for the first time, this is really thoughtful and allowed us to not worry immediately about shopping. Michail was also very helpful, proactive and the communication with him was a pleasure! Finally, we will definitely be coming back to Naxos and I would not hesitate to stay at his place without looking any other.

This studio is perfect for a stay in Naxos! It’s quiet but still a great walking distance to the restaurants and especially the beach! All the instructions was clear, it was a very comfortable space, it was ideal for myself that was travelling by myself! I love the character it’s got and Naxos is just an amazing island- I will be coming back!

My husband and I loved our stay here! It’s about a half mile walk from the main town and a quarter mile from the beach, making it super walkable to wherever you want to go. The space was clean and decorated so well. We felt comfortable and right at home. The washer was so convenient and helpful as we neared the end of our clean laundry. And the AC was amazing in the hot weather! Michail was really communicative and gave great instructions for walking from the ferry port and even arranged for a taxi to the airport in the early morning. I’d highly recommend this airbnb for 2 people staying in Naxos!

We enjoyed an incredible 4 night stay at Michail’s place! This accommodation is beautifully decorated and came with everything we were looking for and more - tons of fresh towels, laundry, well-equipped kitchen, A/C, etc. The location is nice and quiet while still being very well situated to walk to the beach, the port and other surrounding spots. We were also super appreciative for the local snacks/treats provided on arrival and the welcome guide including various island recommendations that Michail provided. This is the perfect place to call home while exploring the beauty of Naxos!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was unbeatable—centrally situated and within easy reach of so many major attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The space had everything I needed for a comfortable visit, and the host was wonderful, highly responsive, clear with instructions, and proactive in providing helpful local suggestions and arranging taxi to airport. I would definitely recommend.

Hele fijne studio aan de rand van Chora op loopafstand van alles. Snel internet en fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Van alle gemakken voorzien en heel erg schoon. Michael reageerde altijd snel!

Find us

Everything is very close to the apt, so mainly you can walk to any destination you want in Naxos Chora Town, Old Castle Town and Saint George beach. If you want to visit more beaches on the island, you can walk 200 meters to the bus station for Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna, and Plaka beaches. If you want to visit the villages on the Island, you will have to take the bus for the villages (bus stop about 300 meters) or use a rental car or bike. You can also discover many beautiful routes with your bicycle, or with a rental conventional or electric bicycle! The apt is 2,6 km from the airport and 1,3 km from the port.
