In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet time between 22:00 to 09:00 and 14:30 to 18:00 Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles are allowed. No pets are allowed. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.
