The ground floor features a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a WC. Large windows on both sides of the room allow for an abundance of natural light to fill the space.
Upstairs, the first floor includes two inviting bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a laptop-friendly table, and a dedicated workspace, complemented by large windows offering plenty of light. The second bedroom has two single beds and a charming balcony.
The outdoor areas are equally welcoming, with a front patio that includes a table for dining, and a backyard with another table, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

Michail’s place is phenomenal—do not hesitate to book it! The space is immaculately designed (great light and big windows to the back porch), very comfortable, and has everything we needed. It’s a perfect location on a quiet street and still walkable to downtown, the castle, and the port. There was ample street parking as well. Michail was responsive and shared great recommendations too. We’d definitely stay here again!

Moderne Stadtwohnung im griechischen Stil, großzügig ausgestattet mit vielen Handtüchern und viel Geschirr. Was die Küche und Geschirr betrifft viel bessere Ausstattung als wir das bisher bei Airbnb Wohnungen erlebt haben. Alles super sauber, sehr geräumig, tolle Schränke mit viel Stauraum. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Stadt ideal, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Gastgeber Michail war überragend in allen Punkten. Die beste Airbnb Wohnung, die wir je hatten.

Notre séjour chez Michail fait partie d’un de mes meilleurs voyages airbnb ! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos besoins de famille pour voyager ! Il est à peine 10/15min à pied du port, il permettait d’être à proximité et d’être tranquille sans l’effervescence du centre ville ! Michail est de très bon conseil car nous avons suivi ses recommandations et elles ont été toutes parfaites ! Le logement est parfait, 2 terrasses dont nous avons profités pleinement que ce soit le matin ou le soir pour dîner ! Petit détail fort agréable, la maison est en carrelage donc si vous voyagez en famille et des enfants, vous pouvez vous levez et marcher sans faire du bruit la nuit ou tôt le matin ! Juste idéal ! Je recommande ce logement a 1000%, si je dois retourner à Naxos ce sera chez Michail !

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was great—close to everything but still nice and quiet.
The host was super responsive and made sure I had a smooth check-in. Everything was well-organized, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.
I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
