House rules

In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am and 2:30 to 5:30 pm Please keep the villa clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles. No pets. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Such a serene location with the best vista in town! Located on top of the hill, you can see everything at once and witness the most beautiful sunsets. The territory is so large you will never have any shortage of space. The house is very cute and is equipped with everything you may ever need, including a private chapel (!). Thank you to Michael, our attentive host, who was always there to answer any questions and arrange a transfer and a car rental.

Find us

We recommend that guests use a car so that they have easy access to the accommodation and can visit all the attractions of Naxos: the picturesque villages and the magical beaches. Supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs as well as the airport of Naxos are just a few minutes' drive away, making Naxian Sky Villa the ideal holiday spot - so close, yet so far from the hustle and bustle of Chora.
