In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). No smoking of any substance, including vaping inside the premises. Quiet time between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am and 2:30 to 5:30 pm Please keep the villa clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Fantastic property, large pool, plenty of rooms and a ton of privacy. located walking distance to great sandy beach. host was very friendly and responsive. we would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

There was 11 of us, 6 adults and five children ages from 5 to 13. I doubt there is a more fabulous place on Naxos. The rooms are great, the setting is gorgeous., and everything is well appointed . The beds are comfortable and the mid stay cleaning was.great. Any small issues that arose were immediately dealt with by Michael. The grounds are huge and there is even a small garden. If you are a larger group and you are going to Naxos, do yourself a favour and don’t stay anywhere else ! The only negative is that the road up to the place from the main road is a bit of an adventure. Also, I may have left my anxiety at the side of the pool. If you see it, throw it in the compost.

We were a group of 9 people staying at this villa. It was probably the best vacation rental we have experienced. The accommodation itself was charming, in local Cycladic style. The facilities were good. Especially appealing were the many outdoor spaces that could be used for meals together, lounging, or being by the pool. The views were stunning and the grounds were kept well, with beautiful flowers and shrubs. The area is a quiet place, away from the large town on the island. This was exactly what we desired - a place to relax. We were served very well by Michael, the property manager, who always responded promptly, with helpful advice and action if needed. He was a wonderful representative for his island, with helpful local knowledge and suggestions of where to visit and where to eat. The accommodation and location were about the best you can get. In summary: we loved the villa and our stay there!
