House Rules

In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). No smoking of any substance, including vaping inside the premises. Quiet time between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am and 2:30 to 5:30 pm Please keep the villa clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Guests enjoy full and exclusive use of the entire three‑acre private estate. All facilities are for your own private enjoyment only, including the Main Residence, Guest House, Pool House, the large swimming pool, outdoor bar, shaded lounge areas, both dining spaces, the outdoor gym, the landscaped gardens, and the secure parking area with remote‑controlled gate. No spaces are shared with anyone outside your group.
