In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet hours: 14:00 - 17:30 & 22:00 - 09:00 Please keep the villa clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles. Cleaning services during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

True to it’s name. The villa is situated at the base of a hill in this tiny village (Glinado) and the place is serene and the colorful sunsets set right in front of your eyes. The villa was spotless and beautiful with it’s true Cycladic white character. All 5 rooms are spacious and the outside area is big enough for children to roam around in freely. Michail was an amazing host. He was friendly, spoke fluent English and extremely helpful. We had a great time on Naxos following his recommendations and we would gladly go back and stay at his villa again. 5 stars for Villa Serenity Sunset from us all. Highly recommended.
