No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet time between 22:00 to 09:00 and 14:30 to 18:00 Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles are allowed. No pets are allowed.

Sometimes, reaching a truly special place with incredible views requires a unique approach. The road is fully accessible by car, though an SUV might be more comfortable and preferable for added ease. At the end of the road, there is an uphill section that leads directly to the villa’s private parking area. A car is essential not only for accessing the property but also for exploring the island’s attractions, beautiful beaches, charming local restaurants, markets, and unique shops.
