Villa Leanda is a three bedroom Cycladic-style villa, located just a few mins walk from Agios Prokopios beach on Naxos island, one of the best blue flag beaches in the world and is waiting to become part of your own epic story. AMA : 1956142

Good to know

Ground floor open plan kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar, Smart TV and large lounge area with additional sleeping space for 1-2 persons. The kitchen opens on to a covered veranda with dining area for 6-8 and luxury jacuzzi. The first floor has two bedrooms with a queen and king bed, with big closets and Smart TVs. Both bedrooms have access to a massive private veranda perfect for entertaining, sunbathing, and stargazing. A bathroom with washing machine is available as well. There is also a newly-renovated 44 square meter studio apartment (used as the 3rd bedroom), with a king bed and a sofa that sleeps 2 to 3 persons and comes with a big closet, Smart TV, full bath, king bed, fully-appointed  kitchen, living room area that transitions to a bedroom, and is very private.

In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet time between 10 pm and 9 am and 2:30pm to 5:30 pm Please keep the villa clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles. No pets. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Guests can use all 3 floors of the property: The ground floor with the kitchen , veranda, jacuzzi and living room. The first floor with the 2 bedrooms and balcony. The below zero private and fully equipped studio that can be used as the third bedroom.
