In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet time between 10 pm and 9 am and 2:30pm to 5:30 pm Please keep the villa clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles. No pets. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

This place was excellent for our family. Michael was an extremely responsive host and helped us with arranging taxis and even a rental car that came to the apartment for us to use. The hot tub was great when it was too hot to go to the beach and otherwise the location was perfect, just 7 minutes walking to the beach and a grocery store was about a 3 minute walk. Michael was really one of the best hosts we’ve experienced over my last ten years of airbnb travel, incredibly kind and responsive.
