This brand-new villa, completed in 2021, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It boasts 3 beautifully designed bedrooms and an expansive open-concept kitchen and living area, thoughtfully furnished with cozy details to make you feel at home. The front terrace offers a peaceful garden view, complemented by a serene sea view—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). Not suitable for children under 2. Baby crib or baby chair are not available. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet time between 22:00 to 08:00 and 14:30 to 18:00 Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles are allowed. No pets are allowed. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Located in Agios Prokopios near a variety of excellent restaurants and a convenient bus stop to take you to other destinations within the island. Parking is always hard to find during the summer months, however, having the convenience of parking on premise makes it easier to rent a car while on the island and allows you the freedom to explore on your own leisure.

Best stay of our trip — perfect spot on Naxos! Our family absolutely loved our time here. The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach, and the house itself was fantastic — especially the rooftop balcony. The host was very helpful and thoughtful, providing coffee, water, and cookies on arrival. Parking was convenient, and the amenities made everything easy. Truly the best stay of our entire trip — highly recommended!

Villa Mila is the best house to be if you visit Naxos. Close to the beautiful beach of Prokopios and quiet at the same time. And the best: Michael, the host. Always available, the house is full of details and he gives you all the information you need for anything to do at Naxos. We’ve had a great experience, so we will recommend this host and house 100%

The place is very cute and in a great location . The rooms are on the smaller side but manageable. The location is amazing though! We loved our stay in Naxos.

Five stars is not enough! Villa Mila was a perfect, peaceful retreat for a family of four. A 30 second walk to the beach, but also on a short private street so there was no traffic in front of the villa. A private parking spot in front of the villa made it easy to have a rental car for the week without worrying about parking. Easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Michail was responsive and helpful with recommendations to arrange a rental car and transportation to/from the ferry. Highly recommend and we hope to go back again soon!

superbe maison cycladique avec une terrasse idyllique ( jacusi, hamacs....) à 2 mns de la plage. literie tres comfortable, et cuisine extrêmement bien équipée. hôte très arrangeant et soucieux de nous donner des conseils et du déroulement de nôtre séjour. Nous avons adoré y séjourner et espérons pouvoir un jour y revenir. franchement si vous hésitez, allez y les yeux fermés

The house is exactly in the center of Agios prokopios so you can walk anywhere around the area. If you need to go around the island, right next to the house is the public bus stop and the taxi rank. If you have a car you will use the private parking space on premise.
