This brand-new villa, completed in 2021, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It boasts 3 beautifully designed bedrooms and an expansive open-concept kitchen and living area, thoughtfully furnished with cozy details to make you feel at home. The front terrace offers a peaceful garden view, complemented by a serene sea view—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. On the lower level, you'll find a master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom featuring a single bed with a convenient trundle underneath. The trundle can easily be set up as two single beds or converted into one double bed, making it perfect for children, friends, or extra guests. A second bathroom is also located on this level, shared by the second and third bedrooms. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee on the front terrace, planning the day’s excursions, or treat yourself to a soothing soak in the rooftop jacuzzi after a day of exploration. In order to fill in the obligatory residence statement, before the check in you have to provide us with your id and passport details. Greek guests also have to provide us their TAX number (ΑΦΜ). Not suitable for children under 2. Baby crib or baby chair are not available. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Quiet time between 22:00 to 08:00 and 14:30 to 18:00 Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash and recycle. No events or parties are allowed. No extra guests are allowed to stay over. No open flames or candles are allowed. No pets are allowed. Cleaning service during guests' stays is unavailable, according to Greek regulations for short term rentals.

Located in Agios Prokopios near a variety of excellent restaurants and a convenient bus stop to take you to other destinations within the island. Parking is always hard to find during the summer months, however, having the convenience of parking on premise makes it easier to rent a car while on the island and allows you the freedom to explore on your own leisure.

This is a beautiful home to rent just steps from the beach. Four adults stayed here, and all the features and amenities made it top notch. Beds were great, outdoor spaces awesome, and the location cannot be beat. This was one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Zero complaints!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Find us

The house is exactly in the center of Agios prokopios so you can walk anywhere around the area. If you need to go around the island, right next to the house is the public bus stop and the taxi rank. If you have a car you will use the private parking space on premise.
