Villa Nautilus can also be divided into two separate apartments, the spaces are arranged as follows: Below-Zero Apartment: This apartment includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined), one bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. Ground and First-Floor Apartment: This apartment includes two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a beautiful dining area that spans the ground and first floors. An internal door that locks ensures complete privacy when the villa is divided, while each apartment has its own main entrance, making it ideal for larger groups or families seeking flexibility and independence.
